Hi Marilyn,
The place most people get old cards is eBay. You can check my Accessories For Sale bulletin board, you can try contacting people who sell old tiles on my Tiles For Sale board, and I'm posting this on the Accessories Wanted board. Good luck!
By the way, the MahjongMuseum website is still online. But yeah, don't bother sending emails there.
May the card be with you.

What I want is/are:
I am looking for the Shanghai Mah Jongg Essentials or Shanghai Second Dynasty CD game by Activsion. The CD game has been discontinued by Activision. We have ladies here who have learned the game and want to play it on their computers at home. PLEASE let me know if you have one or if you know someone who wants to sell theirs.
Thank you,

Subject: Mah Jong counters
Can you suggest (does anyone have for sale) stick type counters, bone preferred but plastic ok, demoninations 2 and 8 or 10 in black or blue marking and 1 and 5 (for 100 and 500) or similar in red. They were I believe standard with sets in the 1920's.

Hi Carol,
First, you contact a vendor who can sell you the accessories you want. There are vendors listed in FAQ 4a and on the Accessories For Sale Bulletin Board. You can link to the FAQs and Bulletin Boards via the site links, above left (scroll up).
To contact a vendor, if their email address is shown, email him or her to inquire about how to order. You might be able to click the email address (if it's underlined) or you might have to copy and paste the email address into the TO box of a new email (using your email program). If the website shows the email address with a 溌 or a 中, change that mah-jongg character to the @ symbol.
If the vendor's website address is shown, you might be able to just click on it (if it's underlined) or you might have to copy the address and paste it into the address box of your Internet browser. Once you arrive on the vendor's site, there should be information there about how to order.
You can tell an email address from a web address easily: email addresses have an @ in them, and web addresses begin with http://
May the accessories be with you.
